I find conservative Republicans’ overwhelming and apparently widespread ignorance of basic science frightening. Hymens are not visible (unless your head is somewhere it shouldn’t be, can’t fit...) ... abortions cannot be reversed... women’s bodies do not have a pregnancy shield activated by rape...

I loved Daredevil, but I thought the story focused a little too much on Fisk toward the end. Don’t get me wrong. I like character development for villains, but I feel like Fisk’s character development halted Foggy and Karen’s, which up to about halfway was really great.

Glad you’re shining a light on this — just one of the many ways the system is rigged. The myth of the American Dream (with its no longer true to life social mobility) needs to die, so we can deal with the reality of life for most people. Delusion just prevents us from addressing problems head on.
