One of the most exhausting and frustrating things in the whole entire world is a privileged white person with oppressive political views getting bent out of shape because someone reasonably makes the logical connection from those political views to personal beliefs and calls her out on it.

Well, the main difference is Bush seems like a nice guy who was in way over his head, where Trump is a horrible guy who is in way over his head.

Big difference was Bush never came across as a huge jerk in any capacity.

At this point the problem is not that he lies. Rather, the problem is that a sizable number of the American people don’t care or applaud him for it.
