I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned anything about the Cresselia situation yet, but I found her while soaring. There was a red light and when I hovered over it, it said “Crescent Isle”. It was kinda close to Nameless Cavern. I was over level 50, but I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it.
