Yeah, the one place in the US that it surprises me that they haven’t tried it is Hawaii, since space there is so limited and (like Japan) you’re probably gonna only use it for sleeping since there’s so much to see

Nice. Odds are if I ever get to go to Japan, I’ll bookend my stay (when I get there and the day before I leave) with actual hotel stays, but the majority of the time will be spent in a capsule hotel or something like kangaroo hotel (http://kangaroohotel.jp/ ) to save money.
