@sixiebubs: You think they actually use the product?

@UGAdawg: Alopecia and male pattern baldness aren't the same thing. :/

@Pantani: I think they explain that those things are linked. They let you make the conclusion about the confidence level/"like it or hate it" quality of the hot girls (which I think nearly everyone made the jump). They're saying that split second decision of whether a girl is "safe" aka "cute" or "hot" aka

@Charlotte Corday: I think you may be. They do a lot of posts like this on their blog. They're interesting because of the HUGE sample pool size they draw these numbers from. You should check out some of their others to see the sort of issues they dissect. Their race post is extremely cringey, but true from personal

I was really interested to see this, actually. There was some posts in groupthink when this first came out, and I said basically this:

@empress_of_shenanigans: They promised that one's coming soon.

@LostBedStuy: It's so clear they're simply trying to push their product as much as possible. And this would be insanely expensive in a big city.

@TheyCallMeSwamper: It's all very Gatsby, isn't it? I might actually buy a copy of that book if they changed the ugly cover it has now to a Leyendecker cover.... looks like I had a side project to do, now. haha

@GunwallsLizzie: Yep, good eye. I'm an illustrator too, I think we all love him. Also, this will make you die a little:

Jezebel's late to the party on this one... but I don't mind, because I get to look at her photographs again.

I may or may not own all of these coffee table books. I highly recommend them for designers/illustrators.

@LouisCeline: Thanks for this. When is X -not- misinterpreted?

@eri401: I'm not saying I love everything DH does, but I like individual pieces. However, I think more could be done here to get people's feet a little wet as to artist intention and previous discourse on the (I guess it is now) series.

@typicrobots: Ah, they didn't mention the particular section. I thought they meant contemporary art as a whole.

@Donovanesque: @ak1: Really, so we can only have one piece per series, and they all have to be made at the same time?

@Damob: Really, you're going to discount everyone? No James Jean, no Anthony Goicolea, no Kara Walker?
