@Rosa - que seria de mi?!: Man, I did not expect him to be a hardcore republican. But then again, I didn't imagine him marrying someone like a playboy model, either.

You know what upsets me more than fast food in general, when it comes to personal experience? It's the second tier chain restaurants. Applebees, Fridays, Red Robin, Bennigans, etc.
@Myrmaid: I don't know if it's really messed up. If you've been on a photoshoot, you know how stressful and intense it can be, both an a workplace and just with the elements involved. The heat coming from the lights alone would ruin most everything.
@CKash: I agree, but I will also point out that RR is hardly fast food. Granted, Applebees, Red Robin, and similar chains may be glorified fast food in how most of it is frozen, then heated and put on a plate. However, most restaurants sell on looks as part of the package.
I am a true girl of the 90's and the Pacific Northwest (though with a slightly cleaner look than pure grunge).
@crocuta:Ditto on the 90's. This is basically my wardrobe, if you replace the colors with prints or grays.
@crocuta:
@eruantaliel - Lest We Forget: This is why I've become, over the years, okay with guys paying on the first day if they offer. Of course I throw out an "Are you sure?", but I don't really put up as much resistance as I used to.
My eyes began to glaze over around 3:30.
Chicago? Music Box? December 10? Yes, please.
@Lisabel (ne:Dagnabbit): Oh man, that Fresh Air interview was manic, depressing, so many things at once. You could tell Terry Gross was so uncomfortable at times.
@Diziet_Sma: Cisgender is indentifying with the body you were born in. It was made to be used in transgender conversations. It's sort of like how the term straight had to be used once people starting seeing that there was something different, instead of "normal".
@DinaRonson : Elizabeth Cady Stanton: That made me giggle... that's amazing.
@japangea: Well, technically it's just his nickname. It's like calling a William "Bill" or a Nicholas "Nick". This one's closer in sound than other Slavic names, but I used to date an Aleksandr/Sasha.
I already associated VS with middle American malls, but this just solidifies it.
@DinaRonson : Elizabeth Cady Stanton: Oh yeah, look at that extraordinary about of space. Covet!
@deeemer: It makes me sad. My apartment is 400 square feet.
@Dear Blond Diary: Haha, I know he is. It still was sort of jarring to hear it.
