@Nick2: I always keep V Sync on except when gathering benchmarks. What's important that your hardware/OS is capable of driving higher than 60 fps in terms of gathered benchmark scores. My hardware is starting to get a little old so im not even hitting the 60fps limit anymore for more taxing games.

@VerBeta: If you cant deduce what that chart is for, then this doesn't concern you. For reference though, those numbers refer to Frames Per Second. The more the better. Anything higher than 60fps is generally unnoticeable, but if you are below 30 fps, you start to notice lag.
