This doc though is still making me very uneasy. Obviously the corruption and treatment is horrible but it really is a true crime story. I come out thinking still "I don't know how to feel". As in, I am not sure if Steven is guilty or innocent. There is a lot of reasonable doubt but there is some part of me that thinks

Well the doc still doesn't paint a very nice picture of Steven. It did mention he burned a cat and threatened his cousin with a gun. But just based on what I have seen and read there is still enough reasonable doubt. Still though, it's Brendan who I feel really sorry for including Teressa and her family.

Plus, Wednesdays are my "yelling at clouds" day.

So I am curious to hear what people's response to this situation I am in because I am not sure if it is an exaggeration. One of my friends had his annual Holiday party at his house and there were a lot of people there this time. This time too it was clear a few people were invited just based off of mutual friends

The Big Short: Really enjoyed this and it is probably one of my favorites of the year. Funny, smart, and cynical as hell. Christian Bale has been getting a lot of praise as he should but Steve Carell killed it in his role. He was the angriest character in the film but he is in a way the heart of the movie. Gosling got

Brendan is the one I feel really sorry for other than Halbach and her family. This doc is great but it is one of the most infuriating subjects. It also just gives me an uncomfortable feeling.

The Force Awakens: Surprised at how much I ended up loving this. Based on the reviews and expectations, I figured I would at the very least enjoy it. But it was so much fun and I had such a great time with the characters, I think it might be one of my favorites of the year. Boyega was great and provided a lot of

Justified: One of the best final seasons of a series I have ever seen. Not a single bad episode or even a weak one. All of the main cast brought their A game and I loved where their stories ended. The guest stars were great. Sam Elliott and Jonathan Tucker became one of the best villains of the series and Garret

Noah's slow embrace to being a full asshole is going to make for a great finale.

This was probably my least favorite episode of the season but it was still great and I will probably love it more on a rewatch. I was surprised it wasn't as tense or action packed but it probably didn't need to be. It was more emotionally satisfying to me. The endings they had for Lou, Betsy (love that they didn't

These last few episodes have been some of the best work West has done on this show and ones where the POV for Noah was probably my favorite. The second season has been an improvement over the first and I was glad to hear it was renewed. With this, The Leftovers, and Fargo the end of the tv season has been fantastic.

I feel like a day with Lars and Alejandro Jodorowsky would be both the greatest and most terrifying experience for anyone.

Dogville is one of those movies I completely respect what it is doing but I just have difficulty getting through it. Performances are good but the minimalism just doesn't do it for me with this type of story. However I really like Dancer in the Dark and Manderlay is one of the weirdest but most interesting films I

Come on Pete, get on this good hug.

W/ Bob and David: Just finished watching all episodes and I loved them. Love Mr. Show and this basically feels like a new Mr. Show. The "Better Roots" sketch was my favorite but really all of them got a laugh out of me. The behind the scenes episode was cool too. Would like to see more. But I think keeping the season

Not sure what movies they will do and how that works out but I would like to see Fateful Findings (hell any Neil Breen film), Samurai Cop, Foodfight!, Troll 2, The Room, and Silent Night Deadly Night 2.

I always love it when Nathan goes to extreme lengths for one of his plans and especially when they are super elaborate and complex. Nathan's disappointment when Corey immediately recognized Nathan was so wonderful. But I think my favorite thing was Confident Nathan. He is still awkward and cringey even when he is

Exactly. The person that told the narrator of this book was biased and decided what to tell, leave out, and exaggerate. So the narrator heard from some guy that said, "And then suddenly an UFO appeared and don't you know, Lou was able to kill Bear and Peggy and Ed escaped."

I think since it was so in your face and clearly an UFO. If it was just lights in the sky with no view of an actual ship, the people who had a problem with it could have handled it easier. I had no problem with it but I can see why it is getting a mixed reaction. I'm also taking it as unreliable narration where

The UFO stuff polarizing so many people didn't surprise me at all. I loved it but after the episode was over I had the feeling a lot of people would not like it. But I doubt that it will ruin the season for anybody after so many amazing episodes. Plus, it was just an UFO not actual aliens. All that means is an
