3x the price?

Unless you have a great bakery, home challah beats the pants off of grocery store challah.

I have three in my fridge right now. they are so so good.

I have a preternatural ability to cut myself on just about anything. I cut myself doing laundry. My knives consider my blood to be an expected mealtime snack. I have a band-aid game nurses and meth cooks pine for.

Wine? Sure thing... I have a gallon of Château de Pruno, ready for tasting!

I am making a big dutch of leek, potato and bacon chowder tonight. The aroma of leeks in a little bit of bacon fat, while slowly scraping up that good good from the bottom.. oh man. it sends me.

liquor store runs aren’t exactly an essential outing

I started my weekend at 11:30 AM with a Smith and Wesson.   Amazing how coworkers are still crazy making at a distance.

Not bad with some rum in it...

I didn’t know you could ever buy too many eggs.

Booze. Case of wine coming in from Dry Farms, some locally sourced stuff as well (love me some Rodney Strong) and some Basil Hayden bourbon.

I have a Big Green Egg and a Weber 22". I rarely grill on the BGE. And I rarely do low and slow on the Weber.

You should set every Cadbury Egg on fire because they’re garbage.

I’m sure they priced it at $35 to compete with craft spirits but remember, when you buy a bottle of booze, a lot of that price is tax. In Chicago, more than a quarter of it:

I forgot to “Clarify”, use the butter in place of the water in the bag.

I was compiling it and for but a BRIEF moment was like “...but is it TOO much butter?”

So much butter in this list.

I got a $7 one at Trader Joe’s and drank it all ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

braise lamb shanks in it. like in all of it
