Thanks! Didn't know that!
Ah didn't know that! Thanks!
Yeah... My first instinct is to feel sympathy, but then “Street Outlaws” joined the chat. At least he didn’t take out some innocent bystander.
Sadly, the dozen-or-so of us likely won’t be enough of a business case to keep such cars coming.
He probably wouldn’t drive the Smart car over here in North America... where the distracted (or needlessly-aggro) driver ensconced deep in bowels of their 7,000lb SUV would simply drive over as they made a blind lane change.
Anyone else, and he’d have told them to “bite the curb”
I test drove a buddy’s 4spd auto of the same vintage as mine.
Yup. Everyone thinks they’re “hot shit” in a straight line... Then it’s barely speed limit through the corners.
Hmm...that seems odd... I hoon mine (‘08 5 speed) and I just got almost 34mpg this tank (I regularly get 32mpg with mostly city driving).
Could car designers build low cars that survive these impacts? Maybe making them with wider cabins/track a la Batman’s Tumbler?
Pretty sure it’s scientifically-proven that there’s an inverse relationship between the size of a man’s vehicle and the size of his pee-pee (assuming he doesn’t actually use it regularly for “work” or off-roading).
Was it one of the wurst memories you could think of?
Remember when “TLC” stood for “The Learning Channel?”
My first thought was a Solara: low maintenance and big practicality, especially if driving dynamics are secondary (or tertiary)
“Bollocked by bollards” to be a thing?
Tbf, being a woman doesn’t mean you can’t be a misogynist.
I couldn't afford this if they made it, but this is very refreshing to me.... Balance and feel over spec sheet racing. What a concept.
Hell, desperation is often what made these people susceptible to the scams in the first place.
“Hear me out: what if we could generate electricity by shooting stuff?”
