One of those announcements I was not expecting at all and am completely hyped for.

Yeah I would enjoy a monthly “New Indie Games to check out” that just covers new indies that just released.
There is inspiration and building on top of the design of other works. Then there is straight up copying a design into your engine with a much larger team to make the exact same game but more polished.
I think it’s all part of what makes it so frustrating. Obviously, it’s going to be a more polished experience that makes it more fun to play. The Among Us team did all the design, Epic just had more man power.
As a lover of old school couch co-op and PvE, very excited for this. I swear I’ve been waiting 20 years to read about this kind of bots.
Yeah it’s been talked about to death but the bugs really aren’t the major problem with Cyberpunk.
Just gonna rip his band aid off now then: People are the real monster’s in the Last of Us.
To me this sounds disappointing because I would rather they try and improve the emergent storytelling instead of just going back to standard AAA action fair.
Jonathan Majors was awesome and obviously it makes sense that Marvel put him there.
Yeah I thought he was so good. An ego maniac probably didn’t achieve his hopes and dreams and instead had to settle on micromanaging one timeline. Now he hasn’t talked to anybody in a million years and is ready to be done with this shit. Sold me on the cockiness, the craziness, and just empathetic enough.
I remember my child brain could not wrap my head around this. I really thought that was his real house and family.
I will never forget the first time I rewatched Space Jam as a young adult. Learned a lot of lessons that day. Mostly, never watch this movie again.
It’s pretty insane that Disney/Marvel made that mistake for basically a split second and WB/DC saw a golden opportunity and just took it.
2009 but I’d put Red Faction: Guerilla on here. It was a technically a sequel but the major gameplay elements were pretty different from the original. Definitely a closer vibe to one of the games listed above.
Scott Derrickson leaving Doctor Strange only for Marvel to get Sam raimi to replace him has got to be one of the best damage control moves in comic book movie history.
Yeah but what’s great about PvE specifically is that as long as the servers are up you can jump in with friends and play at any time.
Nah I love all 3 ME trilogy games for different reasons. I love deep RPGs and it’s ok that Mass Effect wasn’t one of them. Especially now in 2021 when we are having a huge boom of cRPGs and really nothing trying to replicate the style of ME2 and ME3.
Really gives 2011 me a lot of validation because I remember constantly saying Mass Effect’s gameplay is perfect for co-op. I still want a full co-op campaign from Bioware. (Traditional Bioware style not Anthem style)
Some people still react to multiplayer announcements like it’s 2011 and they are waiting for Mass Effect 3. Put some faith in the devs who have proven they know how to make great games.
That hurts. I still have plenty of options for theaters but the loss of Arclight really hurt. It was a really high quality theater.
