I mostly disagree. Going into the season I thought it would explore these ideas but it really hasn’t. He teams up with Ashoka without so much of a second thought and then immediately goes off to find another Jedi to help him. I thought bringing Boba Fett would bring in some ideas of “what does it really mean to be a

Those rumors were always silly. I’ve always suspected they were started because Pascal has such a positive social media presence which doesn’t gel with the group of fans who love to call Disney Star Wars “SJW”

I keep wanting to re-watch this movie but I just don’t know if I can do it. Literally every other Star Wars movie I can watch and have a lot of fun with but this one is just bad in a different way than the rest.

I’m sure somebody up top is making these decisions but I gotta say I do not like the amount of slideshows recently.

Was Episode 2 the chimp episode? Because oof that was really scraping the bottom of the barrel for me.

What has been great about The Mandalorian is that you don’t need to know any lore. What’s the darksaber? Who is Boba Fett? Who is Ashoka? What’s project cinder? Doesn’t matter. All the viewer needs to know is what Mando needs to know. He barely even knows what the force is.

I mean one of the great things about the Mandalorain is that you don’t have to explain all that crap lore. My family never asks about it so I never explain it.

God I would kill for Persona 5 on Switch. Even though I’m not even taking the train anymore because of COVID it would still be nice to play it in different rooms or when my girlfriend wants to use the TV.  It’s a long fricken game and I need every chance I can to play it.

People who buy consoles buy them because they don’t want to look at PC specs and system requirements. Do you really think most people who bought an original Xbox One in the last seven years really know what kind of graphics card it has?

I think probably because Spidey 3 is in still technically a Sony product, even though Marvel produces it, they didn’t want to spend too much time on it on “Disney Investor Day”

While I’m inclined to agree with you, I think there is a big knowable difference between the James Gunn stuff and the Carano stuff. They aren’t making any hasty decision but that fact that Carano wasn’t confirmed for this show (when the show leaked with her name attatched two weeks ago) says a lot.

Yeah I think the fact that Rosario Dawson was confirmed for Ashoka and Carano wasn’t confirmed for New Republic says a lot.

Honestly, Buzz or not, I’m excited to see Pixar do a straight action Sci-Fi movie.

The great thing about the seemingly unlimited Marvel content on Disney plus is that like, hey this one is not for me. No big deal. I’ll just watch Loki be a time cop again.

Yeah this year I realized that my personal happiness probably depends too much on watching summer block buster type movies. But just these trailers alone tonight helped me escape the stress of the real world for a brief period. Can’t wait to spend like 15ish Fridays in a row in the MCU.

I’d guess that they want to keep She-Hulk looking visually similar to Hulk. It’d be weird if Ruffalo CGI Hulk was standing next to regular human with green paint She-Hulk.

Two reasons I would put money on it not being her:

This is awesome.

Yeah on one hand these were all originally delayed because of the pandemic which was a bummer but on the other hand that’s like what 15-20 Friday nights hanging out in the MCU. Hell yeah.

and yet despite everything they absolutely roped me back in.
