Yeah Mando has been very good about this. My family has been watching with me and they love it despite not getting any of the cannon references. Which is a great thing. I hope the future Star Wars shows take a similar approach.

I’ve been watching Mando with my family, who are all very casual Star Wars fans, and they have not really been confused by anything so far which I think is good. Even though Mando has a million Star Wars references, so far you don’t much lore to understand the story.
Yeah very small team and I’ve heard some of the devs only work their on weekends.
I feel like at this point we should only be surprised when a horror movie doesn’t get 5 sequels.
I was honestly expecting this to happen in the episode. great minds.
Superior would work great in video game form too. Dan Slott has said he doesn’t think it could work as a movie because their is so much inner narration but that’s not a problem in games.
Wow you don’t like comic book movies? Very cool man.
I do think it is a very modern comic book thing to have a story with the same characters but a completely different creative team and a story that barely acknowledges the one that came before it. Marvel always has writers do like a 20 issue run and then they bring on a new creative team who tell a new story. Like yeah…
Just based on the first live stream and this trailer it looks like the same great open ended gameplay with great cinematic presentation. Really hyped.
I’ve played about 200 hundred hours of the game but I’m still so excited to play again with my buddy who has never played it before. Just such a fun rewarding experience, especially in co-op.
Larian has done early access with both Divinity: Original Sin games. They don’t release the whole game, the just release a few hours of the first act. The section of gameplay the release always feels complete. This enables them to get feedback as well as some extra funding. With the past two games the full release was…
Nice dude way to get him on a technicality.
Perfect example for this situation. It’s one thing when executives demand a prequel, it is another when the original creator says “I want to tell that story”.
It’s really wild to me that people are more scared by the word “prequel” than excited by the phrase “George Miller directing”
Yeah I’ve been seeing a lot of “don’t call it Mad Max takes” which idk just sounds kinda fragile.
I love GTA V but GTA IV will always hold a special place in my heart. That game walked many fine lines.
Eh I can. Most of my friend group doesn’t play near as many games I do.
Funny he’s the reason I don’t see the movies. Great foil, bad protagonist.
Alright so I’ve played a little Breath of the Wild. My current mission is climbing up a rainy mountain and fighting lightning creatures. Am I close to unlocking “Tarry Town”? Because that could totally get me back into it.
Yeah while personally I don’t think it’s too terrible (especially now that we have all 10 villagers and bridges/inclines) but the Island Representative should be able to set permissions for the other players.
