I think the way they designed New Horizons will keep me personally playing for much longer. Everyday I play it seems like the game loop gets progressively bigger. It helps things from getting monotonous.
Yeah generally the social media posts I find the most endearing are the people who are discovering the same things on the same day as me.
Seriously this take is wild. In fact in this game he lets you pay him back with a in-game fictional currency he created called “miles” which are earned by taking care of the community. So you can both pay him back at absolutely any time you want and pay him back by picking up a a few weeds.
Wild. Like that is very obviously the main selling point.
Yeah I feel like the headline should be “Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are the only landlords with any sense of morals”
Anyone have much any luck getting DIY recipes for the second local villager? I know you can buy tool recipes but does anyone know about the other stuff you unlock? It really sucks that my girlfriend can’t really help build the new villager houses right now.
I have only gotten islands with fruit that I have already sold to the Nooks. So i got oranges from a friend, I sold those orange, and then one of my next islands had a ton of oranges.
Yeah very easy to look at the success of those movies and say “lets do that”
I mentioned this in another comment but plus I think the huge success of Joker as a “drama” and not a superhero movie probably adds some incentive for the studio to branch out into other genres.
I think the approach is similar to the approach they took to Joker. Just giving James Wan (a horror director at heart) a small budget and telling him to make a horror movie and to very loosely use comic book elements. When/if the marketing ever starts I think the target audience will be horror fans not superhero fans.
It’s seems to me that these big budget super hero movies need a full theatrical release. It’s one thing to release movies like The Hunt and Invisible Man(different studio obviously) digitally because they were made for so cheap but you gotta imagine they were expecting about a billion dollar profit from Wonder Woman.
I love the Mando as much of the next guy but lets not pretend it’s not already Star Wars: Remember that Thing.
Would love suggestions for games to play with my SO! Board games or digital. Got Mario Party, Kart, Divinity 2, Gears remastered, Resident evil 5. Plenty to play but suggestions are good!
Are the good reviews of Wonder Woman, Shazam, and Aquaman really anti-DC bias?
Did Rian piss off hollywood? lol
Damn it Rob. Now I’m thinking about watching again. It’s a flawed show but damn it I really loved it at it’s best. I think I’ll watch the last season on netflix and see what I think.
So excited it looks great. I just read the book this season is based on and it is my favorite so far and I loved the first three. (I read one everyone summer lol)
I think more specifically the casual viewer will be confused why Tom Hardy’s Venom only ever runs into Spider-man and not any of the other avengers.
You “Solo only” is a popular internet take which is fair but I remember a lot of people really liking that multiplayer. Plus plenty of great single-player experiences that could be turned into multiplayer if people were willing to give it a chance.
