So my girlfriend (hasn’t read the books) hates Jamie. She says everyone only likes him because he was nice to Brienne one time. But man I think he has to have one of the best redemption arcs in the series. I mean the when he tells the story of the day he killed the mad king to Brienne...*chefs kiss*

The favorite right? I have seen the lobster by the same director which I loved so i’ll check it out. I was mostly just referring to the costuming as being kind of a cliche Oscar winning costumes.

I don’t know much about either category but man that would have been a major sham if Black Panther didn’t win those. I’m sure all the other films are good but it all looked like pretty cliche Oscar stuff. Victorian era and stuff like that. But glad they won!

Absolutely the best jump scare. It takes place far enough in the demo that you’ve become used to the chatter and voice of the radio that it kind of becomes background noise. But then it directly addresses you. F*ck I’m nervous just thinking about it.

Along with the gadget advice you’ve already received I would also suggest movie targets as much as possible. Especially if you’re fighting enemies with guns. Punch on guy once or twice, zip over to someone else.

Yeah Like I’m totally in the camp that generally the second viewing or already knowing how it ends makes for a better watching experience. But I also totally get the thrill of watching something unspoiled. There is something exciting too about stepping into a movie with almost zero knowledge of what’s about to take…

Man it really wasn’t that long ago that she was wearing this costume either. Marvel doesn’t really do meta jokes but I’d but at some point in this franchise she’ll look at a costume like that and make a joke about it.
