PS, I found out that the Sir Vival is at Lane Museum now being restored. If Lane is the way it was years ago when I went, you can buy a tour of the basement where the restoration process is going on and get a look at where it is.

If this was priced like a Supra or Z I could maybe see it, but $120k is absolutely ridiculous for what you get. I can’t imagine buying this over an LC500 which does literally everything better for the same money or a little less.

They should have gave this a turbo straight 6 with electric assist. The thing about V8s is that the Torque comes early and they don’t have to live at the top end to be fast (even though the 63 revs to 7K), the luxury is in their smoothness that 4 cylinders can’t quite do as well. A straight 6 would be a nice bridge…

I wanted to say I thought the seller was either a lunatic or accidentally added a zero to the asking price. But then I looked at what these sell for.  Apparently there are people paying that kind of money for these.  So I guess everyone’s a lunatic, not just the seller.
