Same exact experience for me. Was utterly miserable to play through.

I can’t figure out why someone with a large collection of games would leave Steam for GOG. Now I LOVE cd project red, the owners of GOG and developers of the Witcher, and I would love to support them. But to claim that GOG galaxy is in any way a real competitor for Steam is ludicrous.
