I’m amused with how much you hate XC2.
While I love some games that are in the 60-100 hour range, I feel that 20-30 hours is about the ideal amount of time I like in “epic” games (like RPGs and open-world exploration games), whereas 5-10 hours is great for more action-based games (like various shooters and platformers).
I bet you never thought you would describe a game as Oregon Trail meets NBA Jam, and have it be the most accurate description you could come up with.

I feel your pain, friend. I spent a big chunk of time last night looking at all the beginner decks I’d made sighing over how useless they are and having no idea what to do now. Jumping back into the game a couple weeks before a massive overhaul = not the best decision.
