It was steadily built up since the start of Season 3, where Korra crashes a car because she’s staring at Asami.

According to the trolls sure
I love how they weren’t even filming at one point, but they would still fix it in post.
This one was pretty laugh out loud between “Are you really blind man? Cuz this is problematic” and then “WAKANDA FOREVER - that makes me uncomfortable” had my side splitting. I take back any insinuation that this show isn’t funny. That was drop dead hilarious.
How did you fail to mention AJ wearing a tactical turtleneck to the court proceedings - that was the most Archer’s daughter reference of all time!
Also Pam doesn’t wanna call Alessia her girlfriend, she actually bokes when Archer suggests she asks her that. Pam seems to be into polyamory just as much as Alessia.
I feel way too white to watch this show. Not because I wouldn't like it, but because I'm literally too white. It's a weird guilt thing, like "this is not meant for me."
“Bones explode” gave me the first big laugh of the episode, but overall this one tapped into all the best bits of Archer. The Kreiger stuff was fantastic, the continued Archer/Pam friendship stuff is great, the show has always been good at showing Lana as not as competent as she thinks she is even if she is usually…
I think this episode is the best version of Late Seasons Archer. Entertaining in the moment, but won’t create a lasting memory and will never make anyones “best episode list”
They need to remember more often that Pam and Archer are essentially best friends.
Not just the best episode of the season so far, but the best episode of Archer in quite some time imo. That was the most I’ve laughed in a good while. Felt more like early seasons Archer
I’m not sure how this gets classified as a Newswire article, but it’s a good read nonetheless.
ACAB execpt for Saoirse Ronan in that uniform.
I’d argue Brick was his breakout, and Looper was the sci-fi bigger-budget resumé line he needed to get the Lucasfilm/Disney phone call.
Saoirse Ronan is just a joy in general.
Given the critical and apparent commercial success of Prey, (a spinoff of a popular franchise, featuring a non white female lead with a relatively unknown actress that was budgeted, filmed, and released straight to streaming), Warner Discovery can eat dirt with this BS “reasons” for killing Batgirl.
Are you suggesting than a 90 pound ex-Mossad agent wouldn’t be always untouchable when going against 250lb thugs?
If Oliver thinks Law and Order is bad, he should give Chicago PD a try (also created by Dick Wolf). It’s so pro-cop it would blow his mind. It makes Law and Order look like The Wire by comparison.
Do people actually believe that Law & Order in any way represents reality? Because if enough of them do, then that is a bigger problem than any TV show depicting heroic cops.
Jim Jarmusch made Only Lovers Left Alive, starring Tilda Swinton as a vampire. And Tilda is a vampire in the show. Does that mean it was a biographical film and Tilda just hypnotized Jim Jarmusch into forgetting about the existence of vampires?
