The girl at the end is almost certainly Jenni Ognats, Barry and Iris’s granddaughter from the future who is a speedster for the Legion of Superheroes under the name XS. She has the trademark ponytail and the trandmark babbling. She showed up at the wedding in the CW crossover episode as well.

Nothing will ever be creepier than Amigara Fault.

That was a great show, so disappointed it didn’t get a second season.
