So spend $80 for the pass that gets you into every single park. That’s under $7 a month, and you can split it between two people.

Nope, still $80. My ranger friends at Rocky mountain are saying that it will be posted directly below the new fee so that people will be encouraged to spend an extra $10 and visit parks in their home states, instead of just the biggest ones.

The annual pass is still $80, my ranger friends at Rocky Mountain think this is a way to encourage people to visit more than one park per year. Also, in Denver you can check out a pass from any local library pretty easily. I feel like the argument that this will essentially turn the parks into golf courses is a little

I was yelling about that when I had the British bulldog put on their semi-final game... No one else new about it, though, because finding someone actually from Colorado in Denver is a rare thing these days.

You probably should, since you’ve clearly given up journalism... How ‘bout that NWSL final that’s on Sunday?

Kids can’t have female heroes, I guess. I honestly don’t remember anyone from the usmnt in the late nineties when they were supposed to be cool because Mia Hamm was shaking MJ in Gatorade commercials.

The “kids growing up in America won’t have any heroes” argument is pretty weak while the USWNT is still awesome. I’m a 26 year old male and played soccer growing up, if you ask me my Soccer Hero in that era it’s Mia Hamm before anyone else; I definitely don’t remember Landon Donovan shaking MJ in a Gatorade

I saw him live once at a Palin rally for a high school newspaper assignment. Hank didn’t have a monitor in his ear or anywhere, so he was playing along with the backup sound coming out of the speakers, and all of his guitar and vocals were about a second behind the rest of the music.... Which seems like a good

Sounds like you’re pretty excited about the genocide your people committed to get nice land so that you can shit on Arizona, Drew. Sheriff Joe would be proud of you.

Interesting how a woman having an opinion (blatantly ridiculous, but ridiculous opinions are part of the entertainment value of sports) seems just as dangerous to a football player’s career as a domestic abuse charge would be.

The NFL is a strange place.

This must be one of those “unwritten rules” baseball fans are always going on about because they’re apparently too fucking dumb to write stuff down. Seems like baseball fans take more pride in putting down others for not knowing the sport than they do in the sport itself.

I think the idea is that some people want them to win in dramatic fashion if front of their fans. I’d think the fans would want them to clinch the title today and just treat the last home game like a victory parade, but the other option makes writing a movie about this wayyyyy easier.
