haha so true! You can still stream Privileged with a young Lucy Hale on the CW Seed. I’m so sad there was only one season of that show but not surprised that it was cancelled.

I loved the show but the times they spontaneously burst into song were off-putting. It could’ve been a great show if they took out some of those strange elements.

I had trouble with their accents, too and I put on the closed captions. It was super helpful!

I recently discovered the movie Isn’t She Great. It’s based on the life of Jacqueline Suzanne and creating the novel. The movie is campy and has a great cast to boot. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0141399/

So disappointed to hear this since I absolutely loved the book. Go read it now if you haven’t! I could tell from the trailers what they changed which I agree with the author, takes away the mystery from the 2nd half of the story. Guess I will wait till this is out in Digital. Definitely not paying $20 to see it in the

I thought Nick came forward in the Backstreet Boys documentary and said something did happen between him and Lou?

I just had to google that term and wow, just wow. I can’t believe that’s a thing. I guess I should be thankful for my dark cubicle.

Yes! I still have some of the Black satin headbands that I wore during this period.

My ex said his grandfather was in the KKK...hard pass

I am a huge fan of the original movie and was able to see the first season of the show online. I doubt it was this new “re-cut” version but I enjoyed it. It is definitely not PC by any means but it is entertaining. They do a great job of keeping the music, themes and favorite lines from the movie while still keeping

I feel like I saw a totally different movie. I thought it was really well done and heart-wrenching. Even though I wasn’t alive to see her in her prime, I really appreciated the movie especially her narration and home movies from her childhood. I still think it’s worth seeing.

I saw an early cut of the film and Lady Gaga is truly great in it. I also appreciated all of the concert scenes and the way they were shot and how the audio engulfs you in the moment. I will definitely be seeing this again!

This one still hurts when I think about it. She was a temp HR Manager brought in while my real boss was on Maternity Leave. Imagine the worst micromanager ever and then multiply that by 1000. She would constantly give me work to do without instruction and then balk at me when I dared ask a question. In our weekly

Wow, I was just thinking about her the other day. Freaky Friday was one of my favorite movies when I was little but I never knew her name. The Disney Channel just remade Freaky Friday as a musical and it was awful, to say the least. Gosh, she was such a gem. Now I have to go back and watch her other movies.

Couldn’t agree with you more about this episode! I have loved this season and was really looking forward to the finale. I felt that some storylines were tied up nicely but some weren’t (especially Jane’s love triangle). When it was over a felt a deep sense of disappointment. At least we are getting a Season 3 next

Yes, that was brilliant casting with the young Camille! I kept wondering if they were related in real life.

The costumes are cute and done by Pat Fields who did costumes for Sex & The City

Long story short, my company brought in a temp HR Manager when my real boss went out on maternity leave. Unfortunately, I report directly to the HR Manager. This new HR Manager (a woman) was out to get me from day 1. She was a micro-manager, passive-aggressive in her email replies to me, complained to her boss about

You have to earn a certain income to qualify for SoFi. There’s a ton of other companies that will refinance your loans as well, without the salary requirements.

Wow, did you really say “don’t be poor and take out loans”? Not all of us are born with a silver spoon in our mouths and can afford to pay for college without the assistance that loans provide.
