No, I see it as the opposite. The UK can very knowledgably condemn Russia's anti-gay "propaganda" rule, because they had one themselves. They've seen the light, and can advocate for others to, too.

No, we'll never have the population statistic. This is a silly argument anyways, because I'm looking for things beyond strength in my zombie survival group. And some of those things are more predominantly found in women, and some of those things are more predominantly found in men.

If we're going with anecdotes, most of the guys I know are stronger than most of the gals I know. Not a value judgment, or anything about why this is the case.
