It's actually not the Java. Java's fairly resource-lenient, as far as coding languages go. Minecraft requires processor. Lots and lots of processor. Less graphics than processor, in fact.

Well, most of the internet IS freedom loving. It's just a very small portion who doesn't, but they also cry the loudest.

As soon as you get some actual iPod-like devices instead of just phones, I'll convert. I can't afford a smartphone plan right now, but I need some sort of PDA/web-enabled device. That's why I have an iPod, and not an Android phone.
