Didn't know that about the book. It didn't bother me much, though, because it gave me the great Scorsese push-in shot I love so much :)
It did if you're into Scorsese and/or art cinema, but yeah, for the average movie-goer, I don't think they did a good enough job getting the word out. I only saw the trailers because I belong to movie groups on FB and the Scorsese fans were all over it.
There's a political history professor on Facebook, Heather Richardson, who said that what Bannon's doing is a "shock event" intended to get all our energy scattered into facing each immediate crisis while he plans something else that we'll be too distracted (and divided about) to fight. Just like Bryan Cranston in Trumbo. Great performance, so-so film.
Very sad for Amy Adams. She was amazing in Arrival.
The Dot is a lie.
Stupid Barry Allen!
I will do that, and when he blocks me, I will make another account and mock him, ad infinitum. It's scarily easy to get under his skin.
I hope he saw my double-handed salute!
