Being honest, I only play Nintendo exclusives on Switch, because anything I could play on better hardware instead, I will. The portability factor really doesn’t do much of anything for me since I hardly ever travel. It sits in my dock 90% of the time, and the other 10% is plane rides or sitting on the couch farming…

Came here to say the same thing, I no longer have any qualms about waiting till it’s 80% off and by that stage I’ll know whether the combat system they’re going for does or doesn’t suck.

I would be inclined to believe the developer if they didn’t announce the dlc before they even released the game.

I WAS going to buy this game day one but now think I will hold off until it’s $20 and still not buy the shitty dlc.

that’s the real story for all 12 people who will play it, me included. 

It was announced in like 2017, coming from Korean developers of Kingdom Under Fire. I played it at PAX West this year - it wasn’t good, but it had a certain “mid-tier PS2 game” charm and made me realize how sorely I miss the AA segment of the market.

As someone who only does PvE, can I safely assume that the only consistent thing with PvP folk is constant bitching?

Wholly unsurprising. Can’t wait for this to be the thing that breaks the flood gates and gets a load of OnlyFans ‘stars’ ousting their partners for e-pimping. It’s almost certain to be a (far too large, if more than 0) portion of the userbase’s circumstance.

So the game has been out for all of 7.5 months. How “long-awaited” could this DLC be? If this were a game like Borderlands or AC and DLC hit in the same year as release there would be endless howls of corporate greed and cut content.

Well it makes sense they give you such a high cap if it’s basically impossible to reach it. My 50GB “unlimited” plan is 5G with peak speeds around 40MB/s.

I remember when one of the big selling points of the 10-series NVidia GPUs was not only increased performance graphically, but also reduced power consumption at the same time. Now they’ve basically just said “fuck it” on efficiency just to pump out bigger numbers. 

Come in Intel, get with EVGA and leverage their expertise.

HS’s be the cop mode was the best out of all the games. Patrol cars start on the track. Don’t know where the chased car is, then everybody responds. Roadblocks and spike strips deployable anywhere anytime, no set time length. It was the best.

The best non-Gran Turismo racing game on PS2 was Auto Modellista.

Is the cheaper option in the US really between “15 and 50 usd”? I live in Denmark, and we get excellent subscriptions for around 20 USD (free voice, free text/MMS and usually around 50-80GB data). I have never heard of any domestic plan that costs 150 USD, ever, locally.

What kind of insane person doesn’t clean their lint tray literally after every use? Should I also wipe every time I take a shit? Turn the stove off when I’m not using it? Turn the mower off when I’m reaching down there to unclog it?
