The PC does not have the same restrictions as the xbox one. I can actually take my PC and play games offline on vacation, with steam or otherwise. Many of the games I buy without steam I can trade with friends (not that I usually do, but it is still very much possible outside of EA games). There is even a whole group

And yet, you know many people would have reacted completely differently if they had actually been graceful and composed instead of running around and jumping like crazy tripping over things and bumping into people. :)

Certainly, though the way they set up the TV features they should be functional in most of the world (HDMI passthrough with an IR blaster) once they get channel lineups (which is easy, many computer based TV card manufacturers have done this for years). That's actually part of their failure, they should have at least

They aren't thinking about their prime target audience in the US either. The presentation targeted people incapable of using a remote and hooked on fantasy football, neither of which are going to be shelling out $350+ for a console in the next year.

It's not just Japan MS shunned. It's the whole world outside of the US. And half of the population inside the US that no longer gives a damn about TV nor ever has about the NFL. The target audience for a new console is gamers, period. Even if it was an excellent media experience, it wouldn't sell for that purpose...

" Sounds like things are a mess over at Microsoft. Now they're telling Polygon that Harrison's comments illustrate a "potential scenario.""

"If you want to lend it to them for a few days/weeks? They'll have to pay."

You know, all we have to do to revive the console market is invent holo-emitters. That would create a whole new hardware race. :)

"Two video cards sitting closely together in your case will draw more power, produce more heat, and produce more noise. If you're concerned about any of those things, SLI and Crossfire may not be for you."

"that either forced the game to put pellets in optimal locations"

No, that functionality is part of remote play, it happens on the vita end.

Not just hurt, they can and do break fingers - trapping an alarm is incredibly stupid.

How can you mention this and not mention klingons - I mean, sure, that's sci-fi, but still - all about the hand slicing. :)

I don't think anybody of importance attacked AC3 for using someone of a different race. They did criticize it for not leveraging that fact to its fullest, and Liberation got the same criticism (moreso actually).

This explains so much. When I was a kid one of our neighbors was a manager for pizza hut and sometimes would bring home bags of leftover dough and share. We made our own pizza from scratch with it, and it came out really good, even though I didn't really like pizza hut normally. I know ingredients and baking method

I don't think you are really in the minority. Most of the people on these sites have been buying these games without issue, you're just seeing the people who complain about it :)

Inflation isn't that clean, the reason that inflation goes up 5% is because major markets, like food, increase prices by 10% or more. Your wage COL increase (if you get one) is based on the inflation average, and therefore because your food or rent went up more than inflation, you still don't have any more money at

Personally I thought this rung too close to the Vita announce, if not worse. Killzone may sell pretty well, but it doesn't have broad appeal, and portrayed more of the same gameplay wise. They introduced new hardware but didn't show it off in any way that indicated any value over current options. They talked about

Now playing

"Sausage Party - Over a dozen men took to the stage to represent the cream of Sony's development crop. There was not a single woman."

"My wife, who works at Starbucks, tells me this is exactly what Matcha-Green Tea is supposed to taste like."
