Well.. one of the worst:

So I was in my mid 20s and I wanted to tour the USA on a motorcycle that summer. However I am more of a sportbike guy, not a cruiser fan.

Probably the night that I was riding my NT650 back from shooting photos, stopped at a gas station and saw my best friend cruise by (turns out he was on his way back from the gym) on his white GSXR750, the last time he would ever ride a motorcycle.

Fuck this dude. He sounds like an annoying asshole.

Why do the engines need to be bigger? Why can’t they just be more lightweight? If anything, as someone who would like a bike to ride around on sometimes, and has some small experience with bikes, I think a smaller, cheaper, cafe-style bike might help capture a younger market than...this.

I suppose you could take a laptop and pop off all the keys on the keyboard and replace them randomly. Very few people would be able to use that computer. And the satisfaction of figuring out where those keys were supposed to go....

Here's to hoping Santa has Zero FXS to give.

What A Hipster thing to do....

Every time I check in on the comments, I expect to see one.

I think that should be called “MacDonald’s Law” Like Kitchenette’s BCO “Pinkham’s Law”

I really like these posts. They’re quality Instagram accounts, instead of the dumb ones that are mostly scantily clad women/butt shots, or posted pictures that are advertising for other dumb accounts.

HOW ARE ALL MY SELFIES NOT ENOUGH TO CONVINCE YOU

Sorry to be that guy but whilst I don’t doubt you are correct in that there are many copies of it out there, by linking it you are no worse than them. I’m sick of the laissez faire attitude to copywrite people have

He also writes excellent books. Definitely worth a read!

I would consider an advanced riding course. I took a class taught by some motor cops that condensed their weeks of training into one day. We almost exclusively worked on slow bike maneuvers.

You would be well served to practice balance on a bicycle.

I think the problem when transitioning from cars to bikes is understanding that a bike can take much more abuse. Primarily because of the weight advantage. Your cars clutch has to lug around a couple thousand pounds whereas a bike a couple hundred. So slipping the clutch is not causing any harm, but for cars guys it’s

The first guy that got me into riding had a Harley and didn’t wear any protective gear. Subsequently, I got a cruiser and didn’t wear much protective gear. Sometimes I donned a half helmet and jacket, but most of the time I didn’t wear gear.

It’s not a humblebrag. I built a PC when I was 12, and not because I was particularly gifted, but because it’s fucking legos for someone with motor skills and a 10 year old reading comprehension.

Honest question, why is “I built a PC” considered some sort of accomplishment?

My 9th grade students built their own computers, too. So that’s cool.
