The Department of Redundancy Department would like a word about these two sentences in the second and fourth paragraphs:
“It’s important to note since the AMPTP infamously demanded the WGA keep quiet about its talks last weekend, but this radio silence appears to presently be agreed upon by both parties.”
and
“Last

I find it very doubtful that a simple name change would allow them to no longer have to pay residuals in the same way that if a show is licensed to another network or streamer residuals still have to be paid, and what you posted above doesn’t even imply it would be a possibility so I have no clue what you’re basing

He brings the cameras to make videos to make money to fund more good deeds. Sure he doesn’t NEED to bring the cameras but the cameras also don’t make him a bad guy.

I’d recommend giving the title of this post another glance ;)

More likely Apple comes after her, that’s a clear iPod rip off

Maybe not for everyone, but its been a great replacement for my 328i. Just as fun to drive (w/ AWD at least) and the little bit of extra space we needed for the baby.

Haha, that’s fair. I admittedly have a thing for weird looking vehicles, but do agree manufacturers are trying a bit too hard to make EVs look futuristic

Nope, that’s just where the market is right now.  Prices have been dropping quite a bit recently

You may want to look at used EV prices again, I recently picked up a 2022 EV6 with 16k miles for $15k under its MSRP of when it was new, and I had a decent number of options in that price range.  But when we bought my wife’s Model 3 a few years ago the prices definitely were about equal

They’re out there, the EV6 GT for example. But you’re right that you’ll never get quite the same driver engagement as an ICE manual

BMW says the glasses can adapt to fit many different helmets but a properly fitting helmet should be quite snug. Having glasses with thick arms pressed against your temples in an already tight helmet is going to become really uncomfortable really quickly. They also make no mention of the lenses being impact resistant,

Don’t forget: “I think my biggest take away from this trip is to be an independent thinker,” Dani DMC said

But does the logic fall flat? The Room is a bad movie that many people have watched knowing it was bad. The distributors of the movie don’t care that you think its bad as long as it generates revenue.

“News” companies don’t care if you gobble up all the accounts of the sub story, they know that enough people are aware

At least 2 of the 5 had seen it multiple times already, so I guess they (and the explorer club guy) died doing what they love.

So you’re saying Elon said he was going to lay of 75% of Twitter’s staff, backed off that when people got upset and now has laid off... ~75% of Twitter’s staff.

Just saying it might be worth mentioning in one of these posts.

SoFi Stadium sits on 60 acres cost $5 billion to build. The current Walt Disney World complex is ~27,000 acres and contains significantly more infrastructure. Plus you need to factor in the that they would also need to basically raze the FL property so that another company can’t just buy it and take over operations.

NVM

I’ve lived in SoCal for 30 years and there has only been one memorable earthquake (Northridge ‘94) in that time. I’d rather face those odds than have to deal with the storms the NE has faced in more recent years like Sandy. Fires and Droughts NE definitely wins out on though.

I get it though, quakes seem scary until

People have already explained above that these things currently happen in nature, its fine if you don’t like it but don’t blame “bad science”

So in true Elon fashion news came out that he planned to lay off 75% of staff, people freaked out, he back tracked and said it wouldn’t be 75% and now 75% are gone?  Its almost like we shouldn’t trust the things he says.
