As a lane splitter I agree that doing it at a border to skip an actual line is a dick move.

That biker and you are both idiots.

Or they could legalize lane splitting and could get a motorcycle and get out of that line your stuck in. But hey, if you want more vehicles causing congestion you’re entitled to your ill informed opinion.

So basically she got to Daddy’s house, thought to herself “You can’t stop me from parking in front of my own house!” and this is the result?

Thanks, I am! I help my nieces and nephews avoid wasting their time with pokemon go so we can go do something they’ll actually enjoy.

Oh he did try it, and agreed it was not fun. I’m not saying the game doesn’t have qualities that might entice you to keep playing, but are any of them actually fun?

Thank you for writing all of this for me. How you can write this post without Googling “mesh motorcycle pants” is beyond me, but your other points are right on too.

In addition, my Tour Master Solution WP Air boots have been personally tested to be warm down to 20 degrees, cool enough at 115, and keep my feet dry in 6

Unless the game has really changed since I stopped playing, it is not fun. My nephew used to ask if he could play and my answer was always “sure, but its not a fun game”.

When I took rider training they talked about how you must weigh “risk vs reward” when deciding to ride and how you will ride. I’m sorry to hear that the reward isn’t worth the risk for you, but I’m glad you are smart enough to make that decision before hopping on a bike and getting into a situation you’re not ready

That’s an interesting question! I’m 33 and most people I know don’t know how to drive a manual car so you would think that motorcycle manufacturers would follow suit. However, aside from a few Honda models (and maybe the CanAm Spyder?) I don’t know of any automatic transmission bikes here. Every rider I know/see

I mean, it was a double yellow and there was a motorcycle laying in the lane, so unless someone else illegally cut in he was probably fairly safe. But yeah, standing on the highway is scary AF.

Also, he should probably go back and at least stand the bike up so someone else doesn’t plow into it, but I wouldn’t let that

Or at least stand in front of it so he doesn’t try to take off. Anyone who doesn’t notice a person ON their car can’t be trusted to stay at the scene of an accident.

I’d say that’s slow for CA. People tend to go at least 10 mph over if there isn’t traffic and 80 in a 65 seems to be the norm here in SoCal.

I thought the same. No nose dive, when you can see the speedo it doesn’t appear to be dropping rapidly, etc. I’m not sure why he wasn’t breaking hard or why he didn’t get on the line and go around him but it did look like he could have avoided hitting the car if he had reacted more than rolling off the throttle. I

I’m inclined to agree, my first thought was that he looked high and wasn’t processing what was happening, but being from out of state probably didn’t help. I mean, seriously, you don’t notice 600 lbs hitting your vehicle at ~50 mph and a man on the trunk of your car?

I was going to say that it looks like a Mini Cooper interior, but this is so much better.
