Which is why labeling a people who were born in a certain era is idiotic since anyone is subject to this sort of thing, just change the product.
Fixating on a monthly payment as the “hurdle” for affordability is nothing new. Baby boomers with 15 or 30 year notes on RVs are a prime example.
I wish I hadn’t.
Volume knob is back on the CR-V, but still not there on the Civic. We’ll have to wait for a refresh for that.
I miss when Mitsubishi and Subaru were in a speed war between each other
I was a dedicated subscriber of Autoweek for many years, but dropped it some time ago. At the time, its weekly distribution brought news about cars faster than the monthlies. But now, in the time of the internet, it just was no longer relevant.

As if many capitalists, myself included, aren’t disgusted and alarmed at the actions of Trump. We are. And if you were a true capitalist, you’d be aghast at the idea of a 20% tariff on imports from one of our largest trading partners (which would be paid by American consumers, not Mexico), disgusted by throwing away…
You’re comparing apples to oranges. An increase on the corporate tax rate does not get passed on to the consumer with the same correlation as an import tax. Corporations rarely pay tax on profits because they can plan around it. Ask Apple how much they pay in corporate taxes despite being one of the most profitable…
So you think we should all pay our fair share to support the common good?
