I hope so. Bob and Doug were the Canadian answers to Homer Simpson years before Homer was even a balding yellow gleam in Matt Groening's eye.

I bet that worked like a charm!

While I, like Tasha, recall losing my shit once or twice because of Star Trek, for pure styrofoam-induced pants-wetting terror nothing beat Dr. Who. You know, the one with Tom Baker, the real Doctor. (You can tell how old an Anglophile is by which Doctor s/he considers the 'real' one.)

Wasn't there a Cookie Monster spoof of the song?

We want, I was undergoing some very strange symptoms when I wrote that. The problem wasn't that I was on drugs, no sir ee. The problem was that I was ~off drugs.

Them?

Kid Dada, one pregnancy freaked me out WAY more than most…

…You know, after a certain level, self-delusion is no longer funny but is just sad. For a very privileged few, it becomes epic (iron-clad examples: Emperor Norton I and Master Legend.)
