Most Realistic assumptions fit for this time period, you mean.

I wonder what bean counter thought it would be good to close the loophole (fine) but also retaliate against those who got in already. Moreover, that same bean counter would have to dismiss all the innocent collateral damage involved in such a counter-intuitive policy.

A terrible, corrupt, politically well connected union can absolutely be worse than no union at all. A bad union can negotiate some of your basic rights away that you’d still have and be able to leverage in court had you not joined a union. A bad union can be just as disinterested in your compensation and rights as a

People often confuse gimmicks with legitimate technological achievements. A gimmick is inflating your contrast ratio with dubious, non-standard and ever shifting goal posts.

Why CRT (proper phosphor pixel emulation, not just black scanlines) filters matter:

Yup. AMD is losing out to PC gamers with GPUs (Though that’s changing too), but on the CPU front they have 25% market share. Which is incredibly significant. Even moreso now that they are finally making inroads to server cpu adoption. Which is even more important because server class hardware is indoctrinated longer.

Lame. No blueprint blanket.

It’s more important to have a proper screen that is made for daytime viewing than it is to just have MOAR LUMENSBRIGHTNESSLIGHTS! Lumens helps a lot, obviously, but it’s amazing how good screens are these days if you get the right one.

Yeah, a mass murdering dictator would never have raped anyone. NO sir. Nor would he have had a duplicitous life for his political career when he was younger. Nah bruv, it’s only what we see in the movies.

I’d assume he sensed it when there was talk of a half mechanical maniac hitman murdering countless people while doing the bidding of the Emperor...

Yeah bullshit, they just want to have their nerd moment. Honestly, over explaining and spelling everything out is what is ruining this IP and it’s what ruined The Matrix and so it goes.

To hide them from The Emperor.  I’m not defending their insanity trying to justify Lucas’ poor story telling but yeah.

I still think they’re going to try a Sims Online again or a Free to Play Sims successor to 4.

This was always a weird critique for me. 3 was barely more crass than 2 when it’s all weighed together. 1 and 2 had bad stories that were confused with what they were trying to do. 3 was bad but focused on what its intent was and at least that made it good in its own way.

Instead of Saints Row IV they should have made a new IP in the Saints Row universe and then a proper Saints Row IV. Everyone would have won.

It’s pretty astounding how simple people can be. You fucking honestly wanted this board in the hands of the next Republican hand-off? To say nothing of how it feeds DIRECTLY into their false narrative arc.Who the hell thought this would make sense in any time, in any democracy? It’s ripe for abuse even in the 20th

10 million average viewers, I believe. Meanwhile, Simpsons haven’t had that many viewers since Season 15. Season 33 had a little over 4 million viewers. Meanwhile, Futurama was first cancelled when it had over 6 million viewers.

This card generation is almost over and mixed with other market conditions it will take another two generations (including the upcoming one) in consumer cards to see another impact like we did.

Both are essentially on-rails games that give the illusion of exploration; that have features unlocked by acquiring power ups or equipment. Neither of them can usually be beaten, naturally, without acquiring these power-ups or equipment and used immediately after to further progress.

Gamepass only matters if there’s exclusives in it. No exclusives and whatever Sony is shoveling is good enough, regardless of price or value. They’ve proven that with PSNow.
