    It’s the best. Truly revolutionary when it came out. I think you need to be in decent shape to begin with though or your body won’t be able to handle it. It’s good for people who already have a fitness background. I think the latest one (P90x3) is much more doable for the average person especially if you can’t commit

    How can you hate a guy who brought us these amazing workouts? Besides he’s funny and look at the cast of characters he’s assembled. Now if you want to talk about annoying just do the Insanity workouts and listen to Sean T tell you to keep pushing it even during the warmup. Shut up man I’m warming up damn it!
