So, if one of the friends supposedly stole the bike, why is his hand around this person’s neck?

Regardless that man had no right to stop, put his hands on and detain the kid.  That is whole fucking point of the outrage.

My favorite part of the video is when the asshole says he doesn’t know what kind of bike the stolen one is, “It’s a green one.” The bike the kid is sitting on is blue.

Nobody fakes a broken neck over several days.  Nobody.

As a CO, this is beyond reprehensible. We perform checks for a reason. If someone hasnt moved in a hour or two we key the cell and check on them for responsiveness. (obviously if we know they are sleeping we don’t). Also if an inmate has missed three meals with us they are automatically checked and placed on suicide…

This is one of the sickest, most depraved things I’ve ever read. Every single person involved in this heinous murder needs to be UNDER the jail!

Have to give Mercedes Benz safety systems credit that she came out of that high speed crash with only minor injuries.

She was angry and drunk. Probably saw the other cars as just cars and didn’t care anymore that people might be in them. Per the LA Times she had 13 prior crashes and is suspected of suffering from serious mental health problems.

I’m still trying to understand why she was driving so fast. This whole thing is just so senseless.

I read yesterday that she was allegedly drinking and arguing with her boyfriend. If true, her personal drama cost multiple lives.
