It loosely spins out of Infinite Crisis to be honest, you can read just the Villains United mini, than the Secret Six mini then the actual ongoing without ever reading Infinite Crisis itself and you won't be confused. The Villains United One-Shot tho does tie heavily into Infinite Crisis.

The funniest part was the suggestion that Dr. Dre spends any amount of time in the studio.

Can't believe you guys actually wasted a review on this.

Talking to the vendor guy.

Yeah but we should at least see some sort of reaction that her sister is dead or gone.

The bland writing and characterization ruins that show more than anything. But I agree I do like that they delve deeper into the MU than their other cartoons.

Yeah DC really screwed McDuffie over with the Justice League book (and tons of other people on different projects too in recent times) but I'm not sure why you bring up Geoff Johns since he only took over the book months after McDuffie died and years after he finished his run on JLA. And Justice League under Geoff

So wait rape jokes are bad, but telling someone to go die is a-ok?

Wait did I miss something? How the hell was Bane more of a hero than Batman in DKR?

Before that during the fight Korra was getting beat down, Opal was like "we've got to help her" and then rushes in to help but Korra tells her no, she's got this. I think that's what dygitalninja was referring to.

Pretty much everything is a trope.

I think that was Bane. Deathstroke and Ra's haven't really interacted much in the comics. Unless you're thinking of the Son of Batman animated movie?

I recklessly don't care about freemium games. Still thought this episode was fantastic tho.

You definitely did meth.

So there's no difference between his magic and just plain old regular gambling?

There's just too much good stuff out there to bother waiting around for a show to find its footing and get good.

This reminds me of a scene in IASIP where they're parodying sitcoms and how they have one black friend but never reference the fact that they have one black friend. Basically if I had a lesbian friend I think I'd bring up her lesbianism all the time.

This episode made me laugh a lot, and that's all I really ask for in a sitcom. I don't mind if the stakes are low or whatever, cause I tend to watch comedies for laughter and dramas for well drama.

He's gone for the 2nd season, he did a lot of writing for the 1st tho. And his own project is a comic about Kanan, I believe he's writing the 1st 5 issues.

I think Iris is grating.
