Movies you can avoid. "Hit songs" not so much. I will be in a store or what ever, and that awwwwwwful song of her (her latest hit? I don't know) will come on, and I can't avoid it. So I'd prefer it if she went back to that....

The 4th season was the only one I liked. (Yeah, that means I watched the first three, even though I didn't particularly enjoy it........) It was in large part because of Taylor, who became likable in the last season. I never really hated Marissa, but didn't miss her once she was gone either.
Thank you for the advise. It sounds very good to me, and not that scary. I feel like I'm much better at not standing around trying to think of something to say as well, even if it just entails walking around outside. But I like your suggestions more!
Good advise. Thank you. I should try this, but I've been cutting conversations short trying to rescue my image as a not blabbering fool (which is maybe too late, but what ev). I guess I should go fishing for something next time. I'm just afraid I'm thinking about every detail too much, and for that reason I reek of…

But I also do NOT feel that way when others approach me, so I'm sure a lot of people feel like you and the people you…

OK I'll try again today since I'm in a far off time zone.
I feel like that movie was a rip off if you watched it for Ryan (which I did NOT do! but my male friend loves him and that's why we saw it)... It had very very little of him in it no? And the bike parts were probably a stunt double.
I'll send you late-to-the-party solidarity, from Australia so I'm usually too late to the party that is happening a day after the day it's here.
Does anyone have any advise on how to get to know someone better? I'm in my first year of law school abroad, and generally find the experience isolating and alienating (people are very rich and most are younger than me, and I'm on a scholarship and uncomfortable with how unequal I view myself), but there is one person…
