I used to think “man why is TPP still going, the joke’s over” but after reading some of the creator’s stuff on reddit I’m glad he’s had this creative outlet to get him through what are obviously some really crappy experiences. I hope things get better for him in time.

If it’s a character creator, it just feels weird not getting to be myself (black), so I’d rather go all the way by being a girl instead. That way I don’t look at my character and go “that’s ALMOST me...but not quiet.”

If there are options for black characters, I go male since im a black male. If there are only pale options (this happens a lot) I just go female. The disconnect of playing a white dude is too great did that with digimon, monster hunter, etc.
