Jon Hamm as Larry, Jr.!

Yeah, I was definitely reminded of that priority last night, for sure. Kara’s great, but I wish the writers would have kept them both in the final battle.

LYNDA, I mean.

I think he’s a pretty good Luthor, although that might be because, after years of seeing Jon Cryer get dumped on constantly on “Two and a Half Men,” it’s gratifying to see him enact some revenge. However, his appearance at the ending of this episode didn’t work for me as a compelling cliffhanger. It just really

Linda Carter?

While I respect the twist, removing Routh’s Superman deflated much of my excitement for the finale. It was such a treat seeing Routh in that role again.

Man, vanishing Brandon Routh Superman was so disappointing. He was the highlight of this crossover and his absence deflates the finale for me. I guess I just have to remember that the focus is always going to return to the main CW characters.

I’d be glad to finally get some #JusticeForHan after “The Force Awakens.”

Anyone else notice that Brandon Routh Superman brought Superman III back into his personal canon by mentioning the time he fought his evil double?

I enjoy GB2. Its main crime was not capturing the magic of the original.

I’m sold on the gunner seat alone.

If this film does well enough, maybe they’ll return to New York in the sequel. It’s not a bad idea to try a different location since we just had a New York Ghostbusters movie in 2016.

Looks to me like the main character is a girl (not a woman, technically, but female).

A giant Twinkie should have fallen on the farmhouse.

I’m hoping he becomes a Ghostbuster. He would fit in well with the originals.

Just like with Ghostbusters 2, I’m bummed out that the Ghosbusters didn’t continue fighting ghosts on a regular basis like they they did on The Real Ghostbusters.

It seems like a different type of film, more mysterious and full of wonder. I’m not sure that’ll be a satisfying Ghostbusters film, but I prefer it to over-the-top comedy, for example.

It was the “bad Ghostbusters sequel” before 2016. Now it’s more appreciated.

Yeah, that’s my worry, too. I imagine it would be hard for people to forget the time the Statue of Liberty walked across the city.

I like the trailer but I will definitely be disappointed if the film lacks the wry comedy of the original two films.
