Yup, its a “high style” 3-series. A cool option for those who are into it. I dig the conservativism of the normal 3-series, but the 4 series four-door is totally cromulent. 

That’s a great price! There are tons of electric scooters around town, which are great for quick errands. I’ve even used them to shuttle back and forth to the public electric car charging station a few blocks away; I should look into a yearly pass!

Absolutely nothing wrong with this. When there is scarcity, prices go up. Ford, as the manufacturer, as a policy has decided to simply price them as-is and sell them first-come, first-serve. There are good reasons for that, but the market generally allocates products to those willing to pay for them.
