@racin_g73: I've heard terrible, terrible things about the 6.0 Powerstroke's reliability. I haven't really followed it since shortly after that, maybe it's improved, but it was a big part of the rift that grew between Ford and International (who supply those Powerstroke engines) and why Ford decided to design its own

@PotbellyJoe: The 1994 Stanley Cup Finals were certainly not a sweep. It went to seven games and was seen as the last hurrah for the 1980's Edmonton Oilers (many of whom played for the Cup-winning Rangers in 1994.) It was next year that the sweep happened, with the Devils winning their first ever Stanley Cup in their

@Mike the Dog: I was going to say the same thing. You want a Chevy, buy a Chevy, god damn it!

@wkiernan: That's a car and a half!

@Triborough: I think that might be why I like it.

@Ben Wojdyla: Thanks for clearing that up. I only skimmed TFA so I was worried it was RWD only. I'm still worried about how it would handle winter, but slightly less so. Is that covered anywhere?

@mechimike: I can tell the difference between a work truck and an urban cowboy's penis substitute. For one, I'm sure you're not driving your empty truck into your city's downtown core every day and then bitching about how small the parking stalls are.

@leavethegun-takethecannoli: Henry Ford was an anti-Semite, and Ford was as happy as any American company to do business with Hitler until 1941. He was also given the Grand Cross of the German Eagle and opposed US involvement in WWII. He mostly left the company in the hands of others during the war, though.

@gotsmart: I liked the way the Dodge Magnum looked. And the Mercedes C63 wagon was nice. I also liked the Mazda 6 Sportwagon and the new Jetta wagon. There are plenty of good looking wagons, people would just rather buy CUVs for some stupid fucking reason. Hence my virulent misanthropy.

@King_Dave: I'm not going to argue in favour of hybrids, because they do seem to be pretty ridiculous to me, too. But the number of people I see pissing around town in brand new F-150s, Silverados, and even worse, truck-based SUVs that have all clearly never seen a second of real work is sickening. I grew up around

@Sloop_John_B: Warren Buffet said something similar. Basically, when people are greedy, be cautious, and when people are scared, get greedy. Seems to have worked out well for him.

Question: Is it Jalopnik-approved to buy this thing, put a modern high-revving 4-banger into it, and have a lightweight sleeper? Not that I have the money to do any of that, but I'm looking at this thinking it's a perfect project car and the comments here make me think the Jalopnik secret police will throw me in the

@SCROGGS!!: I remember saving up like crazy in game to get that car and then I drove it once. "This thing is too crazy" I said as I went back to my modified C5R.

@Tyson: Kudos, good sir. I think that deserves a heart-clicky.

@Skunky: Definitely. There are some other great PSP games that don't involve driving as well. God of War is far from the only good PSP game, though it is pretty damned good.
