My box is full of everything - SnapOn, MAC, Matco, Craftsman, Kobalt as well as plenty of HF and WalMart tools.
Depends on the tool. Having beater tools around means you can abuse them without worry about breaking them. Great for off-design use like the screwdriverchiselleverpoking tool. If they break, I don’t care.
