Eleven reminds me a lot of Lucy Diclonius, from Elfen Lied. They are both (pre?) teenagers with telepathic skills, both were forced to do all sort of crazy ass things at a lab, manage to break free and later fall in love with a boy, just to be chased down by evil people right after.
