I get your point, but at the same time you can google any of those items you mention and get the brief knowledge on the subject. With the internet at your fingertips it’s kinda on you for not researching things before you buy them.

With cars it’s definitely an issue of financing a $30k car when you should’ve bought a $15k car.  Dealers and lenders are only feeding bad decision makers with what they want, using the tools that the laws and regulations allow.  Lending needs to be tightened, and people need to stop spending money that isn't theirs.

They’re jettisoning assets and rearranging the books in advance of the lawsuit they know is coming so they won’t have to pay out. That’s what’s happening here.
