It is not at all clear to me that those are his comments. I have looked, but have yet to find a direct quote from that part of his presentation. The Boston Globe characterized the comments in a different way:

Ahh, I see then problem here. What she wrote makes much more sense if you just don’t think about it. This is clearly not a piece meant to evoke discussion, but rather outrage.
