Years ago, there used to be an explicit ‘Stick-um’ rule in the NBA, I believe that rule has since been removed. Now, this is likely at least a violation of Rule 2, Section II.d of the 2015-2016 Official Rules of the NBA:

I am not convinced that Senator Clinton does not in fact believe that the Reagan’s handled this issue correctly. If the Senator is willing to characterize both of the Reagans on this issue, then it seems fair that we can hold her to President Clinton’s record on LGBT issues, which would be quite an indictment.

This is EXACTLY why Senator Clinton’s remarks are so particularly damnable. There would not be pressing need to address this particular fault TODAY if Clinton had not so terribly mischaracterized the First Lady’s record.
