One of the bonuses of choosing a Porsche for Angeles crest is you won’t get tailed by CHP the whole time, like us plebs in our 86/BRZ/MS3/Si/insert affordable Japanese sporty car doing the speed limit here. Semi-exotic and above seem to have free-reign up there.

Yep, they’re paired with the interior colors. Grey and blue interiors got blue tint, maroon and tan got bronze tint. I could always tell my two red metallic Supras apart because even though they were the same paint color, they had different interiors, and therefore different glass.
I’d be more impressed if we got the Audi Q2 itself here. I saw quite a few last week in europe, and it seems like it would appeal to a lot of Americans. (Whereas I myself fell in love with the RS4 Avants I saw over there. OMG.)
I feel so insecure now, my BRZ tS only came with 19 STI badges. (really.)
I used to work at the place that built some of these cars, and maintained all of them. One of the cool things about the Twin Mill is you can run the engines independent of each other, so they usually use only one to “taxi” it around the shop. But seeing them start up one by one is like watching an old twin engine…
Everything except the satin black hood. It had a sunburned hood so I painted it like a Duster Twister package. The stripes are original to the car. The guy who bought it from me repainted the whole thing white.
He lives in Janesville. Madison is a Megapolis in comparison.
They wouldn’t order me one. But they had nothing but 911's and Cayenne’s on the lot.
