How does the a6000 get carried around - is it just floating in the messenger bag, or is it in a small cushioned bag (or something similar) of its own?

Zimmer gets a lot of flack, but this analysis is pretty eye-opening:
I came here to say this, except for Messenger Lite. (Have you tried Swipe for FB? It’s fantastic, and the dev is pretty on top of things.)
Whoa. It even turns the camera display grayscale.
I’ll be watching this thread with great interest. What I’m really interested in is how to combat jet lag in kids - specifically, in my case, a 5-year old.
Thank you!
Thank you!
Any plans on doing a compact camera “your favorite” survey / post, or does that already exist and I just can’t find it?

Thanks for this article. This has always bugged me about R2-D2 and the fact that he’s an R2 unit...who happens to also be called “Artoo”.
Until I hear / see otherwise, I’m choosing to believe that “Rogue One” is referring to Tantive IV - it’s a callsign (albeit a covert one) ala “Air Force One”. That’d be a nice little connection to A New Hope, too.
We love doing this. Quick tip: Be sure that the brine covers all of the cucumbers, or if it doesn’t, be sure to eat all of your homemade pickles sooner rather than later - otherwise the cucumbers will mold. Found that one out the hard way.
Papier is a Chrome extension that I stumbled across somewhere (maybe Lifehacker?) and love for quick notes:
I might be missing something (or missed the deal), but this rang up for me at $14.07. Still a great deal, though.

I love the *idea* of this bag, but it’s just too large for my everyday use. Even their newer version (the 13) seems large at almost 16" on the long side.

I can’t wait to see what people share - I still have yet to find the perfect bag that balances the functions I need with the styling I like. Part of my problem is that I use my camera bag(s) as everyday bags for work / travel / play.

Anyone else receiving a “We’re sorry. The item LifeStraw Personal Water Filter is no longer available from the seller you selected...” message when trying to add this to their cart? Page refresh still shows it as available, but I can’t seem to buy it.

I’ve been calling every July 1 (it’s a reoccurring calendar event ::laugh:: ) for years to keep our rates down to “introductory rates”. This is a fantastic list, and the only thing I’d add is:
I’m just assuming that the TIE Striker is an evolution of the Jedi starfighter (Eta-2 Actis-class interceptor).
I still haven’t found the perfect solution for carrying my dslr setup (usually a Canon T2i + Sigma 17-50mm f2.8). I always love these kinds of “round-ups” as I’m always on the hunt for new ways to haul around my camera + gear, but after getting my Panasonic LX100 I’ve found that the easiest solution for carrying it…
Distracting [to me] side note: When the horn comes in at ~:18 I thought they were going to go all TNG on us.
Maybe I’m just dense and missed this news, but has there been any confirmation that “Rogue One” will focus on X-Wings and their pilots? True, my first reaction was to connect the film’s title with Rogue Squadron, but I’ve also been thinking that maybe it’s instead a reference to a codename for a ship (perhaps Tantive…
