I played a few seconds of this episode and was disappointed to hear Gottfried talking in that fake voice.  I may still listen, but what I originally loved about WTF was how raw and sincere it used to be.  I guess, given the growth of the show (and podcasting itself), that era is more or less behind us now as comedians

I almost wondered if the whole agreement between Liz and Jack to tank NBC was some kind of meta promise to the viewers to really go out with a bang this season.  Nothing would fill me with more pure joy than seeing 30 Rock go completely batshit insane.

Every time the Bottle Depot episodes of Seinfeld come on I feel that way.  For some reason I kept missing them in syndication for years whenever they came on, to the point that even now when I see them they feel like weird lost episodes that I'm significantly less familiar with.

This is what I tried to post above.  Louie is only viewed as revolutionary to "television" or to the "sitcom" if you pigeonhole it as those things.  Really, it's just a series of indie-style short films edited down to a half hour and stuck on TV.  Really fantastic and imaginitive and interesting films, but that's all
