It was the best episode of the last season. For sure. I just thought maybe the disappointment of the finale had so tainted the whole show that perhaps people wouldn't vote for it.

R'hllor, I hope so.

As I said earlier in the thread, I'm looking forward to the round where a writer tries to convince me that episode of Girls is better than Ozymandias.

Just as long as it isn't my replica Indiana Jones hat.

Truly.

"Moments in the Woods" is one of my favorite musical scenes. I also consider the whole show pointless without it. (Yeah, yeah, Into the Woods, Jr exists. Allegedly.) But, apparently Disney is telling a completely different story.

Of course, they are likely keeping Act I the same and making all the changes in Act II

I've decided that I'm actually happy I won't have to hear Emily Blunt attempt it. Now Joanna Gleason's version can live on untainted in my memory. (All the local theatre productions I've seen don't count, obviously.)

I've been asking this ever since the project was announce. And yet, somehow, I'm still disappointed by this news. Apparently a small part of me still believed that the real story would be in the movie.

I have a cousin named Denver because of that reason

I have a friend actually named Galadriel.

A friend of mine had to seriously argue with her husband, who wanted to name their son "Optimus"

Ugh. And you just associated a good U2 song with these movies. Unforgivable, sir!

Hmmm. Interesting. I just think that since the The Hunchback of Notre Dame is equivalent to the character that I'd allow it. Unless the category specifically asked for the name.

Meh. It's maybe somewhat better Lloyd Webber than average. I do think this is one of his stronger scores, for what that's worth. He just isn't my style.

Wouldn't "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" have counted as the character? The category title doesn't say "19th Century Novel Character NAMES". It just says characters. The Hunchback of Notre Dame is the character. So, I'd accept it.

I can't wait to read some AV Club writer explain to me how any episode of Girls is better than "Ozymandias". Should be vastly entertaining.

Surprised to see anyone still voting for anything related to HIMYM. Sorry. Still not a fan of Girls. I would have voted for OITNB. That episode of The Returned vs the Louie episode is a close call. So, I won't complain.

Is it streaming anywhere? I'd love to watch it. Comedy Central only has short clips, not full episodes.

And then everyone would agree with King Stannis, because we do not wish to be burned alive.
